Time Delay

Under normal conditions, it takes up to 15 days to send the plants. In some cases, it may take more time because the plant is damaged and affected by diseases. In that case you can wait or contact our executive and request refund

Something You Should Note in General

Β  Please note that the plants which are displayed in Website are only for display purposes . There might be little variation in size of the plant according to the amount you pay and the exact size would be as per catalogue once the plant is grown in its full swing . Sunlight requirement is mentioned as per the climate based in kerala . Demand of sunlight vary as per climate of the place where the plant is grown . Also need water accordingly .

If there is any damage to the plants when you get them then upload its image on WhatsApp and contact our executive to check it and if it is total damage then replacement process will be started immediately.

On the other hand, if there is only minor damage, then two weeks of care will be given.If damaged within this time, you will get a replacement

Replacement will be fully subject to image verification of your plant and conditions

Cancellation , Replace & Refund

Ivy Paradise believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has , therefore , a liberal cancellation policy . Under this policy :

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order . However , the cancellation request will not be entertained we had initiated the process of shipping them .

Needless to say , it is our earnest endeavour to ensure a speedy and intact delivery system of the items ordered by our valued customers .

After thorough checking , if the company is found sizeable reasons to believe that ordered plant was not fitted in good condition or its roots are damaged due to poor packing , the company take the responsibility of replacing it on our own cost .

However if any item is found damaged due to the mishandling while on transportation by courier company , we cannot take any responsibility of such damages .

If the ordered item is found damaged , the same should be informed to us immediately on its receipt with photograph through whats – app / e.mail . If the plant is not nurtured as per guidelines , it may be damaged , so is the case , We are not responsible for any complaints / damages which are late received .

Plants are classified according to the damage caused to the plant due to delay in shopping.

High Sensitive Plant

For High Sensitive Plants , if it is received in damaged condition at customers end . we take no responsibility .

Medium Sensitive Plant

For Medium Sensitive Plant , if it is received in damaged condition at customers end , we undertake to refund half of the plant cost , excluding courier charges .

Low Sensitive Plant

For Low sensitive plant , if it is received in damaged condition , we undertake to refund the full amount including courier charges or arrange replace .

Refund Policy

Ivy Paradise believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has , therefore , a liberal cancellation policy . Under this policy :

Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order . However , the cancellation request will not be entertained we had initiated the process of shipping them .

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category .

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations , you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product . The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision .

Plants accepted by the customer cannot be refunded . In case you feel the order is not as per specification , please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs .

Policy

Β For domestic buyers , orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and / or speed post only .

We do not ship Ivy paradise products out of India .

We are giving the shopping responsibility to courier company registered and operating in India, so please contact them to resolve any Shiping complaints.

Products

Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms .

Ivy paradise is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation

. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit / debit card only at all times ( Unless specified at the time of Order ) . Ivy Paradise is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer .

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

However , the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different plants to be delivered at different locations . This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities .

Ivy Paradise is proud to use Google Pay , Phone Pay , PayTM and other online payment systems for fast , easy and efficient secure payment . All major debit and credit cards are accepted .

Diclaimer

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies . For remote / rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time .
