🌿 Plant Shipping FAQ
1. How are plants packed for shipping?
All our plants are carefully packed using protective materials such as breathable sleeves, moisture-retaining wraps, and sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive healthy and fresh. We make sure roots are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
2. Do you ship plants all over India?
Yes, we ship plants across India! Depending on your location, delivery time may vary between 3–10 business days.
3. Will the plant look exactly like the picture?
Plants are living beings and may slightly differ in size, shape, or color from the display photos due to natural variations and seasonal changes. However, we always ensure the same variety and best quality are shipped.
4. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 5–15 business days.
During extreme weather or holidays, slight delays may occur.
Since the plant is a living organism, the plant will not be shipped if the plant is found to be unhealthy or infested during shipping.
The plants will only be shipped when they are back in good condition or when new stock is available.
5. Do you ship plants with pots?
It depends on the product. Some plants come with nursery pots, while others are shipped as bare-root to ensure safe transit and reduce shipping costs. Each product page will clearly mention this.
6. What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and offer a replacement as per our policy.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, You can monitor your shipment anytime on our “Track Order” page.
8. Do you ship plants during extreme weather?
We take precautions to avoid shipping during heatwaves, heavy rains, or cold spells to protect plant health. Orders may be delayed slightly during such conditions for your plant’s safety.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order . However , the cancellation request will not be entertained we had initiated the process of shipping them .
10. How do I care for my plant after delivery?
- Unpack immediately upon arrival, water lightly if the soil feels dry, and place it in bright, indirect sunlight for a few days. Avoid repotting for at least one week to let the plant adjust to its new environment.
